He also worked in the Ministry of Foreign Commerce (1998-1999), was Consul of Peru in Paraguay (1999-1011) and has represented Spanish, German, English, Chinese, Japanese and Paraguayan entities in their commercial relationships with other countries. In this way he know the business methodology and mechanisms of companies, hence the option of litigation arises only in exceptional cases, as a last resort, otherwise mediation is used, which consists in placing the interest of each party in a chain of solutions.

Dr. Moreno received his Bachelor Degree in Legal & Social Science at the Complutense University of Madrid in 1973. With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Moreno has passionately represented clients in the US and abroad. A member of the Spanish Bar since 1974, he also contributed to the work of the Council of Europe and played a vital role in establishing the Court for Forced Disappearances of the Catholic Church Mon urged W Europe and Canadian Universities & Gasymov v Spain before the Spanish Supreme Court. He also served as international director and member of the Editorial Board of ALERTA International Legal Developments And New Options-EBF and has taught courses on the US Constitution and US Business Law in Spain.
